Farm Stay with Jacuzzi, Goats & Ponies – Near San Marcos

Relax and reconnect on our 15-acre working farm near San Marcos. Enjoy a private farmhouse and designated outdoor spaces, a hot tub, a game room, and fast Starlink WiFi. The wider farm is shared with three separately rented glamping domes: The Haven, The Jungle, and The Stargazer. Sleeping arrangements • Primary bedroom: king bed and full-size pullout couch, with ensuite bathroom • Bedroom 2: queen bed • Bedroom 3: two full/double beds • Common area: full-size pullout couch Maximum occupancy: 12 guests. Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Inside the farmhouse Gather beneath vaulted ceilings, relax by the wood-burning fireplace, and cook in the fully equipped kitchen with a GE induction stove. A dedicated workspace and Starlink internet support remote work and streaming. The game room includes a pool table, shuffleboard, poker table, and TV lounge. Outdoor living Enjoy the covered deck with a private hot tub, dining table, and BBQ grill, or spend an evening around the fire pit. Bring your own firewood. Parking is available for up to six vehicles. The farmhouse has no pool; pools at the separate domes are private to those accommodations. Working farm and shared grounds The farm is home to goats, alpacas, and mini cows. Farm sounds and routine farm work are part of the experience. You may see guests from the three domes on the wider property; your farmhouse and designated outdoor areas remain private. A caretaker is generally onsite most days from approximately 8 AM to 4 PM. No caretaker lives onsite. The farm store is closed to guests. Location Approximately 11 minutes to San Marcos shopping and dining, 18 minutes to Gruene Hall and Guadalupe River tubing, and 20 minutes to Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Travel times vary. Important details • One dog or cat under 20 pounds is welcome for a $200 per-stay pet fee. • Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and barn areas only. • Farm work may take place during your stay.
