Luxury Vacation Escapes

We had an amazing time at Kevin's farm in San Marcos! The house was nicely decorated and very comfortable and cozy, just like the pictures. This also was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We didn't have to clean anything upon arrival! The location was perfect - on acreage so it felt private and secluded but also close to stores, restaurants, Texas State University, etc. The animals were so fun to feed and pet. Kevin was very responsive to any question. He was so helpful and friendly. We can't wait to go back or visit one of Kevin's other properties!

Beautiful home for our family you spend the weekend together. Great location and it included fun amenities...the pool table and hot tub were our favorites. Highly recommend staying here!

Very peaceful, animals were a blast to watch, great location and very easy to find. Unclear if we were able to go to the dock and if so how to get out there. Thought there would be more land to explore. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the goats were very enjoyable every day.

Great stay! Close to the airport and plenty of space for our group of 10 girls for a bachelorette. Kevin was also very quick to respond when I had a question which was extremely helpful. Would 10/10 recommend!

it was tranquil with all the amenities of the city. animals to pet. games to play and a super clean hot tub for relaxing. open spaces for gathering with friends as well as privacy for sleeping. we will definitely be renting again if we come back to the river.

We had an amazing stay, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us with our last minute request and any issues we had he responded within 2-5 min! Very clean and beautiful home. Would definitely recommend.

The hosts were very responsive with any question we may have had which was so nice! the animals were super cute to wake up to in the morning. overall a cute little place!

I would give it 10 stars if I could! The house and property are stunning. Every room was decked out with nice furniture and beautiful decor. The beds were very comfortable. I loved that almost every room had a T.V. Everything was clean. All the appliances are brand new and easy to use. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. We really enjoyed the game room! We would definitely go back again and again!

My friends and I loved this place! It was so beautiful and had so much space for us to do anything! It’s very close to Canyon Lake and it a good distance from New Braunfels! We loved this house

This place was perfect for us! We had enough room to spread out, loved the arcade cabinets, and we enjoyed the back yard putt-putt and small pool. Very modern home with clean lines and lots of things available for us to enjoy. My kids are older, but the convenience of a portable crib and eating chair already there is so thoughtful and takes the stress out of logistics. My kids loved the coloring books and card games, and were big fans of the big bunk bed. Our host was very proactive and friendly, and we had every thing we needed to feel right at home. I would definitely utilize this place again when I'm back in town.
